Please email info@trufflemad.com.au if you have any specific shipping requests or further questions.
We will ship to customers worldwide. Deliveries will be dispatched from Truffle Mad, Mandemar (NSW) within 48 hours of completed order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) and payment has been received.
Orders placed outside office hours and weekends will be not processed until the following business day.
Please note delivery timelines are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Truffle Mad’s reasonable control. If we are aware of a delay we will contact you.
If the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Truffle Mad, is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
Recipients outside of Australia are required to to pay the appropriate import duties imposed on alcohol in the delivery destination country.
You must be over 18 to purchase alcohol. TruffleMad will
verify the age of the delivery recipient; and
only deliver to the adult specified in the written instructions and ensure that the adult recipient signs a declaration stating their name and that they are over 18 years of age
Returns and refunds.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, or you feel that there is an issue with the product, We are happy to offer a full refund, credit or replacement upon return of the product in question. The return of any product needs to be justified and a standard 30 day return policy applies to any returns or refund requests.
What to do in the situation of returning a product?
Contact us order by email at info@trufflemad.com.au to inform us of your issue. After contact has been made, we will offer further instruction to assist you in the efficient and safe return of the product.
