Truffle Mad Negroni
INGREDIENTS
40mL Truffle Mad Gin
25mL Campari
25mL Carpani Antica (vermouth)
Twist of mandarin to garnish
METHOD
Rim half of a double Old Fashioned glass with the Truffle Mad black truffle salt.
Stir together Truffle Mad Gin, Campari and the Carpano Antica Formula.
Strain the drink into the prepared glass, accompanied by 2 large ice cubes and a twist of mandarin.
